Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Faith M. Holiday

Co-CEO, Operations & Coaching Director, HOOPS Program

Faith Majiae Holiday was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is the protégé of our founder, Westley "Doc" Holiday, Sr. Faith's earliest childhood memories revolve around the entire Holiday and Gaffney family traveling away to high school, college, and professional athletic tournaments and championships. It is no wonder her keen attributes developed in this area, and Faith has dedicated her life to teaching youth these skills. Faith has proudly carried the torch from her parents and has successfully run the nonprofit for over ten years. She is an award-winning basketball coach and a mentor to over a hundred kids during her growing career. Professionally, Faith has worked in the high school system coordinating support for special needs kids, teaching aid, and coaching Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity level high school basketball teams throughout the Central Florida area and college teams in Georgia. She was also a volunteer coach for the NBA's Orlando Junior Magic program and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Media from Full Sail University. She is a music lover and a rap artist in her leisure time. Faith's "defense of mind" coaching style involves communication, trust, and skill-building. She created the motto for Holiday HOOPS and ARTs and continues to inspire others with our saying, one team, one dream." This is also the essence of her name, Faith.

Westley Todd Holiday

Co-CEO, Strategy & Development Director, ARTs Program

Westley Todd Holiday was born in Florida and has had the pleasure of calling New York City his home for almost two decades. Initially invested in professional training in the arts, he has spent over 16 years working professionally as an administrator in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Because both Westley's parents were the first to attend college in their families while meeting at a historically black college, he has always viewed higher education in deep regard. Westley's particular background in project management and the people-oriented viewpoint of teamwork uniquely position him as a well-rounded, empathetic, and effective leader. Westley currently works as the Director of Strategic Engagement & Project Management for the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. In June 2020, he ended his term as Board President of the Empire City Men's Chorus, a nonprofit in NYC. He is pursuing his Masters in Nonprofit Management from the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Westley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre with a minor in Business from the University of Central Florida and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from New York University. He is a proud Actor's Equity Association member following his performances on Broadway.
