HOOPS
HOOPS is our core athletic program, it stands for Helping Others Obtain Personal Success.
Holiday HOOPS & ARTS’ signature athletics program serves youth ages 8–18 through competitive basketball, mentorship, and life skills development. Our teams have traveled to six U.S. states and territories, earned 14 championship titles, and compete in 30–40 tournaments each year. Our 18U boys program places a strong emphasis on mentorship, leadership development, and college access, supporting a vulnerable and often overlooked population.
Today, we focus on the following within our HOOPS program.

Teamwork & Leadership Skills - We teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and communication through structured programming, workshops, and skill-building training that reinforces leadership on and off the court.

Mentoring Programs - Our alumni, Board members, and Advisory Council serve as mentors, creating meaningful relationships that connect youth with early-career and seasoned professionals who give back to the next generation.

Community Outreach & Impact - Community is at the heart of our work. We instill the value of service through partnerships with local nonprofits and businesses, encouraging youth to engage, volunteer, and contribute to the communities around them.
For nearly 25 years, Holiday HOOPS & ARTS has served close to 2,000 children and families. Each year, our programs reach 50–70 youth, providing tools that support growth, confidence, and long-term success. Your support helps expand and sustain the programs below.
